Shirley Ann Tapley

Shirley Ann Tapley, age 73, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Paris, Texas. Shirley was born November 25, 1947 in Dallas, Texas and was the only child to Threcia Tapley and Clyde Tapley. In her early life she lived in Klondike, Texas and as an adult moved to Dallas. Shirley was beautiful inside and out. She was a great mother, daughter and friend. She loved her family and took great care of them.

In her spare time, Shirley enjoyed listening to music, dancing and most of all loved Jesus and studying Bible Prophecy which filled her days. She was our prayer warrior and was always praying for everyone and sharing the story of Jesus. Her life will be cherished and our love for her everlasting.

Shirley is preceded in death by her mother, Threcia Rhodes Tapley and daughter, Sonya Tapley. She is survived by daughter, Tiffany Tapley; granddaughter, Michelle Rose; great-grandchildren, Mylee, Mariah, Milam and Dak.

A visitation for Shirley will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home, 1111 Military Pkwy, Mesquite, Texas 75149 with funeral services to start following the visitation at 2:00 PM. A committal service will occur Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75228.
