Thomas Charles Finger, age 55, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021 in Rockwall, Texas. He was born on January 29, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York to his loving parents, Joseph Finger and Caroline Cavanaugh Finger. Tom was raised in Brooklyn and Queens, New York where he attended Hillcrest High School. He went on to proudly serve our country as a Radioman 3 in the United States Navy from 1986 to 1988. Thomas married the love of his life, Gerri “Gigi” Visalli in 2014. He had a strong work ethic and built a career as a Customer Service Supervisor at Daltile for more than 21 years.
Tom was happiest while spending time with his family. He was an avid sports fan and never missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams - the New York Mets, New York Islanders, New York Giants, and Notre Dame football. Thomas’s family and friends will always remember him as good and devoted husband and step-father, brother, and loyal friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Charles Finger, Jr. and Caroline Marion Finger. He is survived by his wife, Gigi Visalli-Finger; step-daughter, Haley; sister, Lisa; brothers, Steven and Scott; sister-in-law, Jennifer; niece, Sarah; nephews, Daniel, Caden, Riley, Jace and Matthew; fur-babies Swiper, Snowflake, Sharlette, Willow, and Hope; and many dear friends and family across the country.
