Alberta Eichaker Cazabon

Alberta Eichaker Cazabon, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. She was a born in New Orleans, LA, was a resident of the Irish Channel for many years and recently was a resident of Kenner, LA.

Beloved wife of the late George “Nat” Cazabon. Mother of Timothy J. Cazabon, Sr. (wife, Pamela) and Ronnie G. Cazabon (wife, Dana). Grandmother of Timothy J. Cazabon, Jr., Chad M. Cazabon (wife, Gina), Zoe Cazabon and Corinne Cazabon. Great grandmother of Jonathen Cazabon, Joseph Cazabon and Curtis Cazabon. Daughter of the late William H. Eichaker, Sr. and Mabel Eichaker. Sister of the late Gerald R. Eichaker, Inez Miller, Rose Ellen Brown, William H. Eichaker, Jr., Amelia Eichaker, Florence Walter, Alma Savona and Catherine Traylor. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cazabon enjoyed going to the casinos and the horse races. She was very devoted to her family and was a wonderful grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family dearly and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA on Monday July 6, 2026 beginning at 11:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
