I will forever cherish the memories of my visits with him as his Home Health nurse. I am so proud to have the poems that he wrote about my family and I! Mrs. Carol, and Pam I know that you have wonderful memories of him and most of them will bring laughter during this difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Al was a cherished family friend who was an interesting and multi talented individual. Memories of him and Carol, Pam and John are a pleasure even to this day. He was a very good friend to my father, Jacob(Jake) and I am sure that they are renewing their friendship now. May God protect his family and ease their sorrow. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear that Al is gone. I never knew anyone who could tell a story like he could. And no one has ever made me laugh that hard.....ever. Rest in peace, Al. You needn't worry that anyone will ever match your unique talents.

Uncle Al was the best. His humor second to none. A great salesman, a trusted friend, and a straight shooter. He was truly a New Orleans legend.
