Andy,
Marilyn and I have known you and Maria for more years than we can count, for the most important things in all these years is the friendship, joy, and love we have all shared.
Andy, you always had that beautiful loving smile on your face which none of us will ever forget. And, Andy, we will never forget you. Such a nice, kind, and loving man. We are blessed to have known you, and share life experiences with you.
Andy, we loved you then, and we love you now.
Love, Marilyn and Neal Villarrubia.

My heart is heavy regarding Andy's passing, but I join many in celebrating his new life with Christ. I hadn't seen Andy in many years until this past May, when I joined him and many others at a Class of '68 50th reunion party. I feel so fortunate that I got to visit with him one-on-one for a while at the party. With his friendly, classy demeanor, he reaffirmed that he was still worthy of the respect and admiration and warm feelings I'd had for him since were were classmates at Jesuit. My sympathies go out to Marian and the rest of the family.

Andy was a beloved member of our Allstate Benefits Sales team. I asked Andy to join Allstate around 2009. He had a quality that will remain etched in my memory forever, a servant's heart. In a business that is not known for being very friendly (strangely even among its own), Andy managed to lead from the heart. He often spoke of his family, strong faith and Christian foundation and it was evident that his beliefs translated well into his business practice. For that reason, I was always confident that Andy was doing the "right thing". ...Always smiling, happy, a self deprecating sense of humor, and good for a joke when the mood called for it. A total gentleman in every way. He was a team player and reliable mentor to others. Our team building events were always highlighted by Andy's contributions and perspective. My heart goes out to Maria and his family. I am sad that he's gone, but take comfort in knowing that God is lucky to have Andy in his house, now.
