Arthur D. Eshleman

On November 18th, 2021 Arthur David Eshleman passed away surrounded by his family after a lengthy fight with Alzheimer’s. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents Beth and Buddy Eshleman and his brother Michael. Beloved husband of Pamela Comeaux Eshleman for nearly 50 years, he was the father of Roch (Lindy) and Stephanie (Terry), and Grandfather "Oopa" to Vito, Lizzie, Ezra & Arielle. He is also survived by his brother Mark (Denice), sisters Julie (Rick) and Mary as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Arthur was a former member of the Krewe of Thoth and was an original member of the Greenbackers for Tulane University. A financial advisor with Ameriprise, he enjoyed working with his many clients.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church 1230 S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana on November 29th, 2021, Visitation with the family will begin at 10:15 am. with Mass at 11:00 am. Inurnment will immediately follow at Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana. A special thank you to Heart of Hospice for their support at the end, and his caregivers Gayle and Dean. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Alzheimer’s research.
