August Michael Spicuzza Jr.

August Michael Spicuzza, Jr., age 66, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 18, 2012. Mr. Spicuzza was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA. Beloved husband of Judy Bolner Spicuzza for almost 40 years. Father of August Michael Spicuzza, III, Stephanie Spicuzza, Stacey Spicuzza and the late Stephen Spicuzza. Grandfather of Sage Spicuzza, Stephen Schulz and Nikki Spicuzza. Brother of Rose Simms and Janet DiGiovanni (Emile). Son of the late August Michael Spicuzza, Sr. and Josephine Vaccaro Spicuzza. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Spicuzza was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Thursday, June 21, 2012 beginning at 9:30 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 12:30 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
