Blake Christopher Bassil

Blake Christopher Bassil of Metairie, LA, age 26, entered fully into the presence of his Lord and Savior on May 25, 2017. Blake was a loving husband and father and is survived by his wife, Annastasia and son Nathaniel; his parents Peter and Debbie Bassil; brothers Beau and Britt; and, nephew Ethan along with a very loving extended family. He is preceded in death, and will be welcomed with open arms, by his grandparents James Sr. and Camille Daigre and Chris Bassil and Marguerite Bassil-Elliott. Blake was a beacon of light to all those he met. He loved his family and life and will be greatly missed by all. Services will be held at Lakeview Christian Center, 5885 Fleur De Lis Dr., New Orleans, LA 70124 on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, service at 12:00 Noon followed by a reception. Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
