Blanche was the wife of the late Claude C. Melancon of New Roads; daughter of the late Frank and Julia Sicard; sister of the late Ruth S. Toll and the late Joseph E. Sicard.
She will be missed by her niece Jewel S. Luke and her friend, Darryl Fricke.
Private Services were held. Interment was in False River Memorial Park Cemetery.
