Bryce was a former student of Rudolph Matas Elementary School and finally joined his twin brother at East Jefferson High School. Throughout his life, with the help of his dedicated family he was able to enjoy being a part of the Special Olympics, both local and state level, Miracle League and participating in the Autism Society Walk. Bryce loved to play with all things electronic, he always had his iPad in hand or not far out of reach. He loved to watch his DVDs, especially Elmo, Barney, Sesame Street and recently Dory. His contagious smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A special thanks to the PICU, NICU, nurses, therapist and doctors of Tulane-Lakeside Hospital. Over Bryce’s lifetime the people who have cared for him have become more of his second family and their devotion and compassion is greatly appreciated. Bryce is also survived by his extended family; Nanny Wendy Kahn, Granny Lucy and Ashton Kahn, his “Aunts” Cindy Cheramie and Kristina “Tina” Fernandez.
