Carlos Alberto Solis Rodriguez

A Carlos le sobreviven sus hijos, Evelin Ramírez-Solis, Carlos Solís (Kiandra), Christina Solís y Manuel Solís; cinco nietos, Kaylin y Jeancarlos Ramirez, Julian Castro, Kamden y Aubrey Solis; sus hermanos (Manuel y Rosa Solis) y de más familiares.

Carlos nació en Corinto, Nicaragua el 30 de enero de 1957, hijo de Manuel y Julia Erlinda Solís, donde vivió hasta los 31 años antes de venir a los Estados Unidos en 1987. En 1981 Carlos se casó con el amor de su vida, Jeanette Prado-Solis, y tuvieron 4 hijos. Carlos era residente de Kenner, Louisiana hasta su muerte.

A Carlos le encantaba el aire libre, podías encontrarlo pescando, acampando y simplemente disfrutando de la creación más hermosa de Dios, la tierra. Pasar tiempo con la familia y ver crecer a sus nietos era su segundo pasatiempo favorito. Entregó su vida a Dios el 15 de noviembre de 2016 bajo la guía espiritual del pastor Joseph Zambrano de la Iglesia Pentecostal La Viña. Sus amigos, familiares y todos los que lo conocieron lo extrañarán profundamente.

Familia y amigos están invitados a un servicio conmemorativo el viernes 1 de diciembre de 2023 de 5:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. en la Iglesia Pentecostal La Viña, ubicada en 2525 Canal St. New Orleans La, 70119. Convivio a seguir en 321 W. Louisiana State Dr. Kenner LA, 70065. En vez de flores, se aceptan ofrendas de amor.

Carlos Alberto Solis-Rodriguez, a retired welder and native of Corinto, Nicaragua, died unexpectedly of natural causes on November 24, 2023 at the age of 66.

Carlos left behind his children, Evelin Ramirez -Solis, Carlos Solis (Kiandra), Christina Solis, and Manuel Solis; five grandchildren, Kaylin and Jeancarlos Ramirez, Julian Castro, Kamden and Aubrey Solis; his siblings (Manuel and Rosa) and other family members.

Carlos was born in Corinto, Nicaragua on January 30, 1957 to Manuel and Julia Erlinda Solis, where he lived until the age of 31 before coming to the United States in 1987. In 1981 Carlos married the love of his life Jeanette Prado-Solis and had 4 children. Carlos was a resident of Kenner, Louisiana, until his death.

Carlos loved the outdoors, you could find him fishing, camping and simply enjoying God’s most beautiful creation, earth. Spending time with family and watching his grandchildren grow was his second favorite hobby. He gave his life to God on November 15, 2016 under the spiritual guidance of Pastor Joseph Zambrano of Iglesia Pentecostal La Vina. He will be dearly missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Iglesia Pentecostal La Viña, located at 2525 Canal St. New Orleans LA, 70119. The repass to follow will be at 321 W. Louisiana State Dr. Kenner LA, 70065. Instead of flowers, the family will accept monetary donations in his name.
