Carol Elizabeth Ruple Baker, age 85 passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012. Beloved wife of the late William James Baker. Mother of William C. Baker and Elizabeth I. Baker Lott. Grandmother of Landon Cole Lott, Ian Jude Lott, Isabella Andress Lott, Barron Priscilla Baker and Andress Simonne Baker. Daughter of the late Lucy Andress Ruple and Otis Ruple. Sister of Martha Sue Ruple Beebe and the late Col. Charles Otis Ruple.
