Carolyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Anderson Page, Sr.; and her parents, Samuel and Leah Cullia.
Survivors include her loving husband, Wayne Frank Penney; her children, Robert Anderson Page, Jr. and Patricia Page Bordlee (Brian); her grandson, Thomas William Tynes, Jr.; and her step-sister, Rosie Cullia (Edwin).
Carolyn was a native of New Orleans and a longtime former resident of Bucktown. She retired as a Physical Therapist Technician from East Jefferson General Hospital after 25 years of service.
A private family graveside service will be held in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
