Charles Arion Byrne III, 66, of New Orleans passed on Monday October 13th. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Norma Byrne. He is survived by two daughters, Marcella and Gaelyn Byrne. Charles is also survived by his brother, Robert "Weasel" Byrne and his sister Barbara Byrne Evans. Services will be private. Donations to a charity in his name will be greatly appreciated.
