Charles "C J" Joseph Christina Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gwen Frazier Christina of 51 years of marriage.

Loving father of Kim Christina (Mark), Tony Christina (Michelle), Daniel Christina, Raymond Christina (Okson), Richard Christina and David Christina (Lacey).

Proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Son of the late Clare Pflueger Christina and Charles Joseph Christina, Sr.

Brother of Valerie Blanchard (Barry) and brother-in-law of Novella Smith (Stuart). He was also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age72, a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Harahan.

“CJ” served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Cuban Crisis and later founded C. J. Christina, Inc. in 1962.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass, on Monday, November 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Visitation from 12:00 Noon until funeral time.
