Clarence J. “Denny” Dennison, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2012. He was a native of Parkersburg, W. VA., and a resident of New Orleans and Metairie since 1960. He is the brother of Pauline Collins of Parkersburg, W. VA., the late Irene Bush and Richard Earl Dennison. He was the son of the late Clarence and Goldie Cuplit Dennison. He is also survived by a nephew, Daniel Collins, niece Cindy Collins Winters and numerous relatives of W. VA. He is the soul mate of Pat O’Rourke of Metairie, LA for over 50 years.

Mr. Dennison proudly served his country in the United States Navy (1958-1962) and especially loved Mardi Gras and all of its pageantry.

Private graveside services were held at All Saints Mausoleum in New Orleans, LA on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 12:00 Noon. Tharp-Sontheimer Funeral Home of Metairie was in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed online at www.tharpsontheimer.com.
