Connie Callahan Montecino, 67, a longtime resident of Metairie passed away on July 14, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Callahan, Jr and Theresa Harrison Callahan; her daughter, Heidi A. Castagnetta and her beloved lifetime partner, “Ricky” Rodriguez.
She is survived by her loving brother John R. Callahan (Claudette); her granddaughter, Megan Young (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Cadon, Jaycee, Landon, Sophia, Shaylee and Kohen; her nieces and nephews, Angela Williams (Paul), John Callahan, Jr. (Tré) and Meghan Callahan and her great nieces and nephews, Victoria, Juliana, Paul Michael, Perri, Aubrey and Joshua.
A Memorial Service will be held at Old Metairie Protestant Church, 1301 Metairie Road, Metairie, LA 70005 on Saturday August 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
A Celebration of Life will follow the Memorial Service in the church’s fellowship hall.
