Crucia Mae Pisciotta Skertich

Crucia Mae Pisciotta Skertich passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael N. Skertich, her parents Salvatore and Augustine Pisciotta; brother, Carlo Pisciotta. She is survived by her loving children, Michael Skertich (Joanne), Mary Lynn Skertich Madden (Randy), and Georgann Skertich Baudier (Joseph). She was “Dearie” to seven grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Crucia Mae was a faithful parishioner of St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. The family would like to thank the staff at Peristyle Lake Louise Assistance Living Residence, Internal Medical Consultants, and Hospice Associates. A special thank you to Monique R.N., her guardian angel. Crucia Mae will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 4317 Richland Avenue, Metairie, LA 70002 at noon on Friday, June 4, 2021.
