Cynthia M Johnson

Cynthia Mazzeno Johnson passed away peacefully in her home on July 6, 2017. She was an amazing woman that loved socializing with all who crossed her path. Cindy was a friend to everyone, a loving cozy to her grandchildren, and a Cinnamoon to a special twinsy. Although the weight of her loss will be felt by so many, she is rejoicing in the reunion of her long-lost husband, breathing easily, and smiling down at all of us. She is preceded in death by her mother; Helen Rock Mazzeno and her loving husband; Don Johnson, and survived by her father; George Paul Mazzeno, her children; Donnie Johnson (Cindy), Amanda Cortez (Lee), grandchildren; Devin, Sophie, and Elizabeth, and siblings; Geordie Mazzeno, Katherine Sparacello (Frank), Donna Mazzeno, Kurt Mazzeno (Rebecka), Gina Legendre (Ray), and her loving brother-in-law; Curtis Randazzo and a host of nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, Louisiana on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a Memorial Service to be held at the Leitz-Eagan Chapel at 11:00 a.m. A funeral procession will follow to Greenwood Cemetery, 120 City Park Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana where the interment will be conducted.
