Cindy was a beautiful, strongwilled woman. I am very honored that I had the pleasure to be her friend in my journey through life. Cindy was called home for reasons we will never know, until it is our time. Eryka, Just remember she will always be watching over you.I know you feel like your heart is broken, just be strong and remember all the memories that you and your mother shared. I love you and miss you more than you'll ever know. You are an amazing woman and God needs you in heaven for something bigger than this world. I don't know if you remember me...."Ms. Candy" from your days at Cabrini. I was so deeply sorry to read about Cindy's death in the paper. I didn't see it until Saturday night or I surely would've been at the funeral. I remember Cindy being one of the first Cabrini moms I really connected with....she had such a good sense of humor and showed her love for you in such a forthright manner. It was easy to see how close you two were. I know you will miss her terribly but look inside of yourself when you need her....she's right there :)

Eryka, I did not know your mom personally, but just from knowing you, she must have been an incredible woman. We only have one mom in our whole life and they are extremely irreplaceable and I know you will miss her tremendously! She is now closer to you and Aiden than ever and watching over both of you with love and support. Just remember that one day, you will see her again. Eryka, your mother was an INCREDIBLE woman! She was soo beautiful both inside and out. I remember when you had us over several times, the kindness of her soul and the warm smile she had on her face that brightened up the whole house made you feel like you were no stranger but a part of the family..and thats a kind of quality not everyone has. I remember that 4th of July when it started pouring and thundering so much that the power went out..your mom came to pick us up and when we got home, we just sat on the front steps giggling at what a 4th of July it was and waiting for the power to come back. She was a hardworker,, she was so caring and giving..she has inspired me! I'm so sorry she is gone but she is not entirely gone, her warm soul is watching over you and your family to guide you. She was so wonderful <3 always in my thoughts and prayers

    Im so sorry to hear about your mom.  Ms. Cindy was an amazing woman with such a huge heart.  She loved you so much.  Your completely right she was the best mom ever!  If I would have seen the notice earlier I would have came today.  My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your entire family. Well..Cindy...Here Ive been checking this and thinking what I should write here, But words honestly will never describe how great and wonderful you truely were.

I never seen anyone who was such a giver and would do for anything for anyone, all you had to do was ask.

Hard worker... I seen you work hard for years and you were always extremely successful in everything you did and you always did it well.

Loving and caring.. you always showed everyone love and always wanted everyone to get along. You were a wonderful and loving mom to my baby girl Eryka and an amazing "Cinny" to my beautiful baby Aiden. Another thing, I loved about you..is you were always smiling..I dont ever recall many times when you werent smiling!!

Now..cause Im writing this I guess, its finally hitting me that my Cindy is gone.

Gone sounds so horrible...but it is extremely horrible... The world and our family lost such an amazing woman way to early.

I will never forget all the great memories we shared...the many St Patrick and Mardi Gras parades, the sleep overs at your house, all the fun Saints parties we use to have...Im so glad you got to see your Saints go to the Superbowl! One of my very favorite memories of you was when we all went to Guld Shores together!

Thanks for always being there for me, when I needed someone to talk to!

I will miss you so much! Its killing me already..Ive been trying to stay strong for mama..She is taking it hard Cindy...You were her first baby girl. You were my mama's eyes..but now you are her newest angel..because of you..we found out my had a heart condition, well she actually had a heart attack and you were the one that got her to the hospital. So thank you so much for that!

Well...now Im starting to ramble and I can barely see to type cause Im crying to much... Just know I love you so much and Im gonna watch out for my baby girl Eryka and little Aiden. I love them beyond belief!

Oh, and please do me just one favor...please tell my Grannie hello for me and that I love her too...Yall are gonna have fun up there in sky watching over our family. We need yall the most right now.. please watch over us and keep everyone safe!!
