Dale James Flora, USAF RET. Master SGT., age 71, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Jacqueline DeCorte Flora. Father of Michael R. Flora and Mark B. Flora. Grandfather of Kayla C. Flora. Son of the late Grace T. Boron. Brother of the late Patricia Monnerjahn. Brother in-law of Kenneth and Joann DeCorte. Uncle of Stephanie, Daphanie, Daryl, Trisha, Billy, Joanne, Cheryl and their children. Also survived by extended family including the Brown and Venezia families. A native of Jefferson Parish and a resident of Picayune.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Visitation from 2:00 pm until time of service. Interment in Biloxi National Cemetery.
