Mrs Risey      I was so very sorry to hear about the loss of your son Dale.You and the entire Risey family have our deepest sympathy and our prayers are with you at this difficult. My uncle grew up with Elwood Sr. so I have known  a member of your family all my life. I have so many memories of  you all around State and Annunciation ,you and my Mom going to bingo and so many more. Once again I am so very sorry for your loss but Dale is at peace now. To my bests friend.  I remember all the great times we had together. From the time I rode my bike to your house on Constance Street when we were in second grade. We worked offshore with Charlie Roth and Rene (Goose). We were brothers from the first day me met. Even though I haven't seen you in a while I will never forget our friendship. To Mrs. Risey, Dennis, Rodney, and Suzanne your son/brother and I were the best of buddies and I will always remember my best friend in my heart .To my amigo's Dale…Charlie….Goose…RIP

So sad that Dale passed away, but I'm happy that his pain and suffering is now over. I know that I know that he is resting in the arms of Jesus! Dale will be missed, he was one of a kind thats for sure, but his life, especially the last 6 months should serve as a testimony to all. He fought a good fight, but most of all, he gave his life to the Lord. Dale told anyone who would listen about God and he didn't waste a single day. He lived life to the fullest and he did all he could to mend relationships, help others, make people laugh and just show love to all. He has gone on to his greatest reward!

I was so very sorry to learn of Dale's death. I saw him a few weeks ago at St. Mary's Assumption Church. I do not believe I will be able to attend his funeral; but please be assured that he and each of you remain in my thoughts and prayers. My family joins me in extending our deepest sympathy.
