Danny will be deeply missed by his large family above and numerous Nieces and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. He leaves on our heart his beautiful smile, kindheartedness, humor and laughter. When Danny was young, he was a very motivated teenager wanting to get his life off to an ambitious start, jumping into the workforce before he even graduated high school. He worked hard his entire life and raised his children alone for majority of their lives. He always provided a home for them and did the best he could to provide a decent living. When he met Michelle, she became the mother of his children and him the father of hers. Never a doubt he would always be in their lives until the end. Together they kept all the children and grandchildren as safe as possible. He had his personal struggles but never wavered his loyalty to his family. He’s been alluded to by many as their Rock. He is the Rock of many of our lives. He took great care of his mother and father whom he loved dearly. We can all only take solace in knowing he will join them in heaven and will watch over us the rest of our days.
In lieu of flowers please donate blood to your local blood center. At this time of year and due to covid many people are having struggles and need blood to survive. If unable to donate blood, or as another way to honor Danny, pay forward a good deed to someone that could use a friend. When you make someone smile by a kind word or deed, remember the beautiful smile that Danny always had on his face.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a tomb side service at Metairie Cemetery Lot 130 Sec 96 on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 1pm.
