David L. Stilley passed away in his home on Saturday evening, October 29, 2016. He was born in Hammond, and has resided in New Orleans for the majority of his life. He attended Hammond High School, and joined the United States Army after graduation. David L. was employed as an electronics technician for ADT and oversaw the water purification system at Nine Mile Point and for NASA at Michoud. He was an avid LSU fan, and never missed watching a game. David L. was a fun loving character that will be deeply missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Tuesday afternoon, November 1, 2016 at 4:00.
