Dolores Chapman Polchow

Dolores Sally Chapman Polchow passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the age of 92. She was born on July 27, 1919 to John David Chapman and Ernestine Stratman Chapman. Beloved wife of the late Valentine Frederick William Polchow, Jr. Sister of the late Marguerite Chapman Robinson, Hilda Chapman Schmitt and John David “J” Chapman. Mother of Sally Jane Polchow Davis (Paul Allan Davis) and the late Valentine Frederick William Polchow, III.

Grandmother of Valerie Marie Davis and Andrew America Davis. She is also survived by her loving caregivers, Barbara Honeycutt and Cassandra Williams and her church family at Jefferson Presbyterian Church.

A funeral service will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
