Dominic Joseph Martello, age 93, passed away on Friday September 2, 2011. Beloved husband of Wanda Martello. Loving father of Michelle and Angeli. Loving grandfather of Annick, Toni and Devin. Loving master of Skippy. Dominic served in the Army during WWII. Retired from New Orleans Fire Department after 25 years he also retired from Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office after 20 years. His smile and laugh will be greatly missed. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Prayer Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie on Tuesday September 6, 2011 at 7:00 pm.
