Doris "Dot" Willoz Bridge

Doris “Dot” Willoz Bridge, age 82, became an angel on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Dot was a native of the Irish Channel, was a former resident of Kenner, LA and recently of Metairie, LA. Beloved mother of Deborah Bridge Naquin (Lenny). Grandmother of Melanie Mitchell (Todd), Jennifer Naquin-Smith (Greg) and Heather Naquin. Great grandmother of Cody, Shane, Eric, Ryan, Ethan and Elisa. Sister of Shirley Murden. Preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and one sister. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Dot was affectionately called Maw Maw Dot by everyone who knew her. She had an awesome spirit and presence, was down to earth and was very loving and devoted to her family. She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at First Trinity Evangelical United Church of Christ, 3810 Power Blvd., in Metairie, LA on Tuesday morning, April 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM, followed by a fellowship at the church.
