Doris May Jago

Doris S. Jago passed away on Sunday December 4, 2011 at 2:55 a.m. Beloved wife of the late Ralph W. Jago Sr. Loving mother of Ralph W. Jago Jr. (and wife, Gail). Devoted grandmother of Melissa Jago Harris (and husband, Chris) and Kevin W. Jago. Proud great-grandmother of Allyson and Madelyn Harris and Kenzie Zander. Daughter of the late Josephine Tate Simoneaux and Marion H. Simoneaux Sr. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Jago was retired from the Social Security Administration after many years of service and will be loved and missed by all who knew her. Aged 87 years, a native and former resident of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, on Wednesday December 7, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum.
