Doris Mae Valenti

Doris M. Valenti 88, of Hammond, Louisiana passed away on August 28, 2016 at 12:10 am at North Oaks Hospital. Doris was born February 1, 1928 to the late Alvin B. Castay and Irma B. Castay. She was the wife of the late Cruciana J. Valenti. She is survived by one brother; Alvin B. Castay; mother of Patsy L. Rihner, Ermine Estave and Darleen Bychurch; grandmother of Melissa, Kermit, Kevin, Keith, Sandi, Ellen, Desiree and Bubby; great-grandmother of Renee, Angel, Christopher, Lexi, Kermit, Brandon, Gabrielle, Madison, Marissa, Jaidyn, Devyn and Baby Bubby; great-great grandmother of Brianna, Brynnly and Kimberly and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all of the employees and residents of Landmark Nursing and Rehab of Hammond, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday September 2, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, Louisiana 70006.
