Dorothy Ellen Voelkel Russo was born on January 22, 1927, in New Orleans. She passed away on January 19, 2026, at the age of 98. Dorothy was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana
She was a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was selfless and loved caring for others. She will be greatly missed by all.
