Earl "Pee Wee" Edward Ferguson, Jr.

Earl “Pee Wee” Edward Ferguson, Jr. entered into heaven on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 with his loving family at his side. He is survived by his devoted wife Mildred Herbert Ferguson of 57 years. Loving father of John Ferguson, Deborah F. Smith (Will) and Sherry F. Felder (Alvin, Jr.). Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Son of the late Earl “Fergie” Edward Ferguson, Sr. and Helen Stanley Ferguson and step mother, Ara Ferguson. Earl was also survived by numerous loving other relatives and friends.

Age 80, a native of Little Rock, Ark. and a lifelong resident of the greater New Orleans area. Earl received his BA degree from Tulane and his Master from LSU. A retired accountant for Odeco after many years of employment. The family would like to thank his friends at Mc Donald’s in Slidell and the staff on the 3rd floor at Ochsner Northshore for their compassionate care of their father.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until funeral time. A private interment will be held.
