Earl Benoit Lambert

Earl Benoit Lambert was born on June 8, 1926 and went home to be with the Lord on October 31, 2016. He was a native of Gramercy, LA, a resident of Metairie, LA for 61 years and a resident of the Baton Rouge area since 2011. Mr. Lambert was past officer and president of Wagamen Golden Age and president of Pelican State Senior Citizens Golden Age Club. He was a WWII veteran of the Pacific Theatre and member of the Marrero VFW Post No. 7307. He was a 1943 graduate of Lutcher High School. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Annabel Loup Lambert; his son Ricky and daughter-in-law Anne Gaillot Lambert. Grandfather of Jennifer Wilbourn (husband, Jonathan) David Lambert (wife, Lauren), Kerry Lambert and Julia Ford (husband, Jacob). Great grandfather of Grace Elizabeth and Benjamin Edward Wilbourn. Brother of Marie Lambert, Ronald Lambert, Angele Marino and the late Joe Lambert and Aubrey A. Lambert. Son of the late Aubrey J. Lambert and Marie Waguespack Lambert. He was preceded in death by his son, Kerry J. Lambert. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Philip Church, 1175 LA 18 in Vacherie, LA on Saturday morning, November 5, 2016 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM.
