While most families have to rely on comic books or Marvel movies to see heroes, Eddie's family has witnessed a man whose sole purpose in life was the pursuit of justice. He never desired to be a CEO, become a mayor, or even be elevated to Captain of the watch. He simply wanted to catch bad guys and serve his community as an example to follow. For 46 years, Edward Ducos did just that. He was a humble civil servant who served justice and provided a shield to all who were unable to defend themselves. His surviving family would like to believe if Eddie could have a last message it would be this: "My watch continues and everything is Dynamite, Baby!"
Edward is survived by his beloved wife, Jeannie Ducos; his loving children, Jarrod and Brent Ducos; and his grandson, Liam Ducos.
