Edward Joseph Perret Sr.

Edward Joseph Perret Sr. passed away on May 21, 2018. Born July 27, 1934 in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Ernest and Evelyn Perret. He was raised in New Orleans. At 16 years old he joined the United States Army with his parent's permission and served in Korea during most of the Korean War. He served in the 25th Division of the 214th Infantry of the U.S. Army. Edward’s wife Laurabelle O’Connell Perret predeceased him in 2006. He is survived by his four children: Laura Bell Perret Ruiz, Edward J. Perret Jr., Vaughn J. Perret, and Patrick E. Perret, his grandchildren: Wesly G. Wood, Alison Urall, Laura Bell Porter, Edward A Perret, Sarah Juneau and 12 great grandchildren.
