Elroy C. Schewbel Sr., age 91, passed away on December 15, 2017. Loving husband of the late Shirley Schewbel, Mother of Cynthia Galland (Manuel), Suzette Page (Billy), the late Elroy Schwebel Jr., and Carole Carstens (Fred). Grandfather of Melissa Mayeur (Sid), Manny Galland (Christi), Scott Hillburn Jr. (Melissa), and Stacy Mays. Great- grandfather of Trey Galland, Fallyn Mays, Rylee Mays, Noah Hillburn, and Micah Hillburn. Son of the late Joseph and Leontine Schwebel. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 11 AM until 1 PM.
