

Emilie Ann Clesi Stolf passed quietly in her sleep on Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was born on January 5, 1937 to the late Emile Joseph Clesi and Eunice Landry Clesi. She was the sister of the late Frank J. Clesi and Eunice Clesi Black. She was the granddaughter of Francesco Clesi and Marianna Piazzisi (the parents of Emile Joseph Clesi) and Luke Adam Landry and Theodile Eve Landry (parents of Eunice Landry Clesi).
Emilie and her late former husband, Leo Deodato Stolf, are survived by their son, Lee Anthony Stolf. Lee married Yvette Anne Smith. Emilie is also survived by her dear friend of 50 years, Gayle Andry, who was her roommate and caregiver in addition to her four nieces, Bridget "Be Be", Rondi, Frankie Lea and Andrea along with multiple nieces, nephews and cousins on her side and on her former husband’s side of the family.
She graduated from Fortier High School in 1954. She worked at French Market Coffee, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Victor Manning Driving School. She enjoyed Mardi Gras, local sports and dancing. She was a member of the Red Hatters, Irish Mists Marching Club and the Krewe of Rhea. Emilie was kind to everyone she met and loved to be around family and friends. She will be truly missed by all those who knew her.
Services will be held at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie, LA on Friday, August 22, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am followed by a memorial service at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place in Metairie Cemetery.
