Sister of Rosemary Theresa Beelman and the late Joseph Albin Hebert Jr., Anthony Dorrel Hebert, Rita Merlyn Holmes and John Carrol Hebert.
Daughter of the late Mary Louise Wilkinson and Joseph Albin Hebert Sr.
Proud grandmother of Paul Michael Berner, Patrick Michael Berner, Trey Michael Berner, Ian Mathew Smith, Conor Jacob Smith and Patience Fay Berner.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mrs. Berner was a graduate of St. Stephens High School in New Orleans, La., a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Kenner, La. and was a lifelong contributor to many charities ( WLAE- Mass donor of daily Mass at St. Louis Cathedral, St. Judes Childrens Hospital, Easter Seals, Red Cross, Catholic Relief Services, Foundation for American Veterans, National Geographic and various medical
research foundations).
Aged 78 years, a native of Plaquemine, La. and a lifelong resident of Kenner.
Relatives and friends of the family, also members of Cajun Canary and Finch Club are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, La. on Thursday June 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
