Fay Courville

She was the former Office Manager at Metairie Manor in Metairie, LA.

She had previously retired from the Office of the Clerk of Court of

the Louisiana Supreme Court.

Mrs. Courville was born Fay Burleson in New Orleans, LA on February 24, 1929.

She was an active member of the Jefferson home group of AA and had served as

a sponsor to many members. She had previously attended International Conferences of

AA in Toronto and in San Antonio.

She is survived by her niece Fay B. Payne, and other nieces and nephews, and grand

nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Jannette Morrow.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mettie Jane Douglas Burleson, her husband,

Jennings L. Courville, and two sons, Val John and Vic John Courville, her brother,

Earl Wallace Burleson.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Memorial Services on Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Jefferson Presbyterian Church,

4451 E. Falk Place, Jefferson, LA, at 3:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the church Fellowship Hall.
