Frances Luccia Auer

Frances Luccia Auer passed away peacefully on Monday morning, January 4, 2016. She was 82 years old. Loving mother of Pamela Roth (George), Vicki Wilson, and Joey Auer. Grandmother of Amy Spencer (Mike), Allen Dolese (Christina), Garrett Roth, Emily Roth, Joshua Wilson (Brianne), Joey Auer II, and Alissa Auer. Great-grandmother of Adrian Clouatre, Michael Spencer, Seth Spencer, Autumn Dolese, Bailey Roth, Lillian Roth, Gabriella Wilson, and Preston Blanco. Daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Luccia. She was also preceded in death by her former husband, Gary Auer. Frances was a native of New Orleans and was a resident of Jefferson Parish for the majority of her life. She was a longtime member of the Red Hat Society. She was a dedicated and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family “Whole World, Big Sky.” Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Friday afternoon, January 8, 2016, at 1:00.
