Frances, I just wanted to say goodbye, and thank you for 35 years of friendship. My co-worker,my friend and now my neighbor. We went through marriages, divorces and having babies. We sent our kids to school and watched them mature, marry & have kids. We laughed and cried together. We were the kind of friends who could pick where we left off after not talking for years. We lived vey far apart but Katrina made us neighbors.We talked about how strange it was that we came to live so close. We hoped to retire together. But God had other plans. At PRMMI you were always first to pack up and be ready to go home. And you are first again.We never went to lunch that you didn't know someone.You have touched so many lives. We raised our children to love GOD and be kind. And most of all to be able to take care of themselves. The most important thing to us is family. I shared in your hopes and dreams and you in mine. You planned my Las Vegas and Disney vacation. You planned all the Prmmi Christmas parties, God must have something very important for you to do since he took you so soon. But I wanted you to know you will be missed. - So in saying goodbye I have but one wish.
Whenever one door closes another always opens so when you get the chance to sit it out or dance.I HOPE YOU DANCE! I HOPE YOU DANCE!!

I worked closely with Ms. Frances at Wink Engineering.  What a nice and charming person she was.  My sympathy to all the family.

You have no idea just how much I miss you.  You have been one of my dearest friends for a long time.  I never met anyone quite like you who could be anyone she wanted at any given time.  I will never forget you and our special times at Wink.  May God keep you in His loving care.

I was born the day before Frances Ann.  We are cousins. Aunt Lony and Uncle Francis were so good to me.  We were not so close but in life we were friends and distant family.  My mom Doris misses them all.

I am so sorry for the loss.  Life goes on but it is never the same.

Dear Friends,
My memories of growing up always include the Uzee family and especially Frances.  As a little girl, I always looked up to her and admired her. Keep your faith and know that her suffering is over. She put up a good fight for a long time and now she is at peace.  Through wonderful memories she will always dwell in your hearts.

 So very sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Jimmy,Timmy,and myself were really sad, when we heard about it.May God bless you and your family.

Our love and prayers are with your family as you mourn the loss of someone very special in your lives.  Frances had a real joy for life and brought a smile to all she met. Our family, Aunt Lucille, Aunt Doris, Suzy and Tommy Gilbert, have wonderful memories of a beautiful lady, both inside and out. Her pain has ended and she experiences the joy of the Lord, but your hearts are sadden by her passing.

I had no idea that Frances was going through a cancer issue. She is a beautiful person, and my fondest memories of her are when she was in the Charmers. I use to plant myself in the stands right by the ramp where she was dancing and just stare at her. She was my "Charmer Idol". We will miss her, she is with loved ones we know, but taken away too soon. She was going to a really good hospital though, that is who diagnosed my cancer. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you who loved her so deeply. We know all too well how hurtful it is to lose someone to this dreaded disease. God bless.

Frances and I have been friends since childhood.  Hardly a memory from my youth does not include her.  Our lives took different paths but, thankfully,  crossed from time to time.
