Francine Amber Powell

Francine Amber Powell passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the age of 44. She was born on August 17, 1969 to the late Russell and Renee Powell and raised by her grandparents, the late Frank and Merle Powell. She was a native of Old Jefferson and a lifelong resident of Jefferson Parish. She attended Riverdale High School and John Jay Beauty College. She was a cancer survivor for 7 years.

Francine was the loving mother of Glenn Russel Landry, and the first wife of Glenn Joseph Landry, Jr. She will be dearly missed by her loving companion, Robert Christian DeBruler and her family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will be in private.
