Gabriel Paul Fairchild, age 7, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Beloved son of Joshua Michael Fairchild, Sr. Brother of Joshua Michael Fairchild, Jr. Grandson of Laura Fairchild and Michael Fairchild. Nephew of Cody Fairchild, Sr., Michael Landry and Matthew Landry. Cousin of Kayleigh Moreau, Braelyn Moreau and Cody Fairchild, Jr. Also loved by many other relatives and friends. We were blessed to have Gabriel in our lives for 7 years. Gabriel was a fighter and beat the odds. He will always be in my thoughts and heart. I can’t wait til the day I can hug you and whisper in your ear “I love you Gabriel.” Gabe, you made me who I am today. I am lost without you and I will never forget my baby Gabe, Love, Dad. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., in Metairie, LA on Wednesday morning, November 16, 2016 beginning at 9:30 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
