Gail lived a life marked by steadfast independence and a fierce spirit, but she dedicated her life to caring for her family. Beloved wife of the late Nathan Joseph Allemand, Sr. Mother of Sherri Ann Rolf (Scott), Robert “Mike” Rolf, Sr. (Lori), Elizabeth Allemand Velasquez (Anthony) and the late Melissa Rolf Mangipano (the late Robert).

Her independence was not just about taking care of herself; it was about empowering others as well. After more than 40 years of helping the city’s most vulnerable find meaningful and permanent employment, Gail retired from Human Resources as an Executive Vice-President.
