Gerald Andrew Guillot, age 81, passed away on January 24, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Nolan J. Guillot and Olivia G. Dendinger Guillot, his loving wife, Janet Bordelon Guillot. He is survived by his sons, Gerald P. Guillot (Joann), and Scott D. Guillot (Julie), brothers Nolan J. Guillot, Jr. (Lee), Ronald J. Guillot (Diane), and his sister, Lee G. Bergeron (David), along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Gerald worked at Harrah's Casino since inception as a Black Jack dealer, a trade that he thoroughly enjoyed doing. He will be dearly be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Visitation with the family will be at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, Louisiana on February 6, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm. A Funeral Mass for Gerald will begin at 5:30 pm. Messages of condolences and memories may be left at www.leitzeaganfuneralhome.com.
