Geraldine Brooks Dupre, age 69, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Raymond P. Dupre, Sr. Mother of Wanda D. Nichols (husband, Jimmie), Raymond P. Dupre, Jr. and the late Gary P. Dupre and Donna L. Dupre-Smith (surviving husband, Troy). Grandmother of Kenyon, Trista, Jessica, Crystal, Savannah and Kaitlin. Great grandmother of Cameron, George, III, Skyler, Nathan, Peyton, Destiny, Desiree and Hayden. Sister of the late Linda B. Brocato and Pearl R. Shaw. Daughter of the late Jerome T. and Pearl S. Brooks. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dupre was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Saturday, November 21, 2015 beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
