Gloria Lassalle Bieganowski

Gloria Catherine Lassalle Bieganowski passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Roy Bieganowski. Loving mother of Linda Foster and Roy Bieganowski Jr. Grandmother of Patricia M. Cordoba. Great-grandmother of Courtney Wolf and Mason Wolf. Sister of Lawrence Lassalle and the late Francis P. Lassalle, Aubrey I. Lassalle, Howard J. Lassalle, Samuel Lassalle, Herbert Lassalle, Veronica Barrios, and Aurilie Vicknair. Daughter of the late Charles and Viola Ball Lassalle. Gloria was a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of River Ridge, where she was a parishioner of St. Matthew the Apostle Church. She worked for South Central Bell, and later Bellsouth, for over 20 years, where she was a member of the Pioneers and the Communication Workers of America. After retirement, she volunteered her time at the Crippled Children’s Hospital. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at LEITZ-EAGAN, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Metairie, on Thursday afternoon, July 22, 2021 at 1:00.
