Don, Linda, Dilly, Cindy, Jimmy, David, Liz, so sorry to hear about Hazel's passing. It is said that true friends are like family. For 50 years, I can say that Hazel and Donald and you all have been like family to me. When I lost Rick three years ago, she called and said so sincerely that she just wished she could be with me to give me a hug and hold me. That was sooo Hazel. She knew what my loss felt like. I know she is happy now with her Donald and that God has His Guardian Angel with a specific job of keeping your dad, Rick and Mac in line and knowing your mom, she would be happy to do so. I love you my Cher and will miss you. You have my love forever my friend. Carolee

I am a friend of Jimmy's, through the New Orleans Fly Fishers Club. I never met Mom, but that's the way that I think of her because of multiple Facebook posts that he made through the years. She must have been a delightful lady and I am sorry that I won't be hearing about her exploits any more.
I extend my condolences, both personally and on behalf of the New Orleans Fly Fishers Club, to the whole family, especially to Jimmy.
While I doubt that I can do anything to help, please let me know if I can try.

I am blessed to have had Hazel in my life for a short while. She is a spunky woman who I so admire. Thank you, Jim for being such a devoted son.
