Henry “Fats” Andrew Theriot Jr. passed away peacefully on Monday, October 13, 2014. He was 71 years old. Former husband of Nancy Carline Theriot and the late Gail Adam Theriot. Loving father of Tammy Theriot Manint and the late Tamara Theriot. Grandfather of Tracey Manint, Lacey Manint, and Gabrielle Riette. Great-grandfather of Jacy Anne Jones. Brother of Gerard Andrew Theriot, Melvin Edward Theriot, Eugene Raymond Theriot, Patrick James Theriot, Agnes McConnell Barrett, Catherine Marie Adam, and the late Carol Ann Knopp Keller. Son of the late Agnes Julian Theriot and Henry Andrew Theriot Sr. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was a lifeline resident of New Orleans, and was employed by Commodore Transportation for many years. Fats will be dearly missed by all. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Saturday morning, October 18, 2014 at 11:00. Visitation will begin at 9:00. Inurnment will be in St. Patrick No. 1 Cemetery, New Orleans, on Monday morning, October 20, 2014 at 11:00.
