

Jacquelyn Landreneau Dubroc, age 69, entered into the Lord’s Kingdom on Saturday, March 14, 2015 after a tough battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Donald J. Dubroc for 52 years. Mother of David Dubroc, Donna Dubroc Roussel (husband, Scott) and Dayna Dubroc Stratton (husband, Timothy). Grandmother of Alicia D. Booker (husband, Gabriel), Jordan Roussel (fiancée, Amanda), Kayla Evans, Stevie Evans, Ashley Dubroc, Hannah Stratton, Logan Roussel and Morgan Roussel. Daughter of the late Hilton Landreneau and Marylee Bordelon Landreneau. Sister of Cilton Landreneau (wife, Gaynell), Andrew Landreneau (wife, Joy) and John Landreneau (wife, Donna). Also survived by 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dubroc was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of LaPlace, LA. She was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Church and was very devout to her catholic faith. Mrs. Dubroc loved gardening and cooking. She had a very special gift of making everyone feel like the number one person. She touched many people’s lives and will be very deeply missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Joan of Arc Church, 529 W. 5th Street in LaPlace, LA on Wednesday morning, March 18, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 12:00 noon.
