James Thomas Belcher

James is survived by his son Jimmi James Rogers; his mother Tammy Ann Ward; his brother Andreau William Belcher and his sister Alicia Valentina Palmisano; his grandmother Jeanette Ward, his uncle Thomas J. Ward, his aunts Kathie B. Palestina, Pattie A. Belcher, and Karen A. Belcher, his cousins Tasha G. Hanks, Mandy B. Nguyen and Michael J. Palestina.

James was preceded in death by his father Albert William "Billy" Belcher III; his grandfather Thomas Ward, his grandmother Carolyn R. Belcher, and his grandfather Albert William Belcher, Jr.

A native of Slidell, Louisiana, he served in the United States Army and worked in construction and land surveying.
